Return & Refund Policy

At Aneshaz, all sales are considered final. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction with product appearance, color, or material

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Sale or discounted items

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.


Exception: Wrong Item Sent

The only situation where we accept a return is if we have sent you the wrong item.

If you believe you have received the wrong item, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aneshacreationz@gmail.com

  • Provide clear proof, including:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item received

    • Packaging details

If your claim is verified:

  • We will arrange a return of the incorrect item

  • A replacement of the correct item will be sent to you

No refunds will be issued in this case — only replacement.


Condition Requirements (Wrong Item Cases Only)

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • The item must not be damaged by the customer

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of your request.


Return Process (Wrong Item Only)

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item

  • You must follow the provided return process strictly

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted


Damages or Defective Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for damaged or defective items. However, you may still contact us and we will review the situation at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal use items


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

If you wish to purchase a different product, you must place a new order.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, standard consumer rights may apply. However, by purchasing from Creationz, you acknowledge and agree to this store policy to the fullest extent permitted by law.
