Shipping Policy – Aneshaz

At Aneshaz, we aim to provide a clear, reliable, and smooth shipping experience for all our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

During busy periods (sales, Eid, etc.), processing time may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide delivery across all cities in Pakistan.

3. Delivery Time

All Cities: Delivery within under 5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 300–400
Shipping cost may vary depending on package weight

Final shipping charges will be confirmed at the time of order.

5. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be paid in advance before shipment.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking details (if available) to monitor your delivery status.

7. Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure:

Correct shipping address is provided
Your contact number is active
Someone is available to receive the parcel

Failure to receive the parcel may result in delays or return of the order.

8. Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Courier service issues
High order volume

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

9. Exchange & Damage Policy

If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong article, you are eligible for an exchange. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
If the item you purchased is a leftover/clearance item, it is NOT eligible for exchange under any condition.
Exchanges are only applicable on new articles (non-clearance items), and only in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
